This is a great (and easy) way to use up extra ham! I made this after Easter, and it's delicious!
My go-to side dish for BBQs! It's super cheap, takes no time to make, and tastes great! This salad gets better the longer it sits, so if you have time stick it in the fridge overnight or at least a few hours before serving.

Buttermilk replaces almost all of the oil in this healthy bread. I used buttermilk mix that you add to water, but if you have real buttermilk by all means use it!
