This meat usually needs a moist slow cooking process to make it enjoyable and easy to eat. Pressure cooking speeds up the process. Flavour comes from additives such as carrots, red wine vinegar, beef broth, herbs and spices used.
Experimented with adding cream of wheat to a pancake mixture we make. Very yummy.

These are so good and are not preboiled.
These healthy squares are low glycemic, low carb, low sodium but oh so good.
This mixes Grapeseed Oil and Extra Virgin Olive Oil with the butter. This is a combination that can take heat so can be added to vegetables etc.
I added Greek Yogurt because I had some that had to be used quickly. It turned out that everyone just loved it.
Low carb dish
This recipe combines Meat with mashed carrots lowering the meat contents.
Use with a salad or on Ryvita
We use this when we make our 260 Calories Beef Stew
This stew is a family favorite and does not cause us to regain the weight we lost. Great on a cold day.
