I love Shamrock Shakes but hate how much calories and fat is in a large or even a small. So I made these I didn't have yogurt on hand but if you do you can use that to lessen the nutrition info. I would have used mint leaves instead of the liquid mint but my plant isn't fully grown yet.
I have been playing around with banana bread recipes for awhile especially since it is one of my family's favorite snacks. This is made in a 13" x 9" pan to last us a couple days and freeze the extra.
