Low fat--lots of protein!
Adapted from the Quick, Creamy Chicken Lasagna recipe found on www.runnersworld.com.
Just leave crabmeat out to make vegetarian.
The ham can be left out to make this vegetarian.
Cheap and easy! Generous servings, and very healthy and tasty! Of course, you can take away or add any veggies or seasonings as you wish or have available.
Same as original recipe, minus linguine and olive oil. I like to put this over some instant brown rice or eat it by itself.
