i make this when I am feeling under the weather
this one of my lunch time eats, i have an intolerance to salt so there is no salt in this dish
I made this pattie as an easy way to get more veggies into a meal.
also i dont add any salt to any of my food due to an intolerance, but that doesn't mean salt wouldn't enhance the flavour
i was diagnosed with meniere's disease years ago, having Meniere's means i must eat a low salt diet (i cant eat anything that has more that 120mg per 100g)
because of this i cant eat any processed bread, i found this recipe for flat bread and changed a bit so that i could make it when i felt like a bit of bread.
I made this slaw for my partner as he doesn't eat any veggies, now i make this slaw 2-3 times a week for him
