A colorful and nutritious way to stretch a few ounces of beef.
Filling, makes 1-2 delicious servings depending how hungry you are.
Makes 1 large filling serving or 2 regular servings. I like to pour 1/2 this soup over 1/2 cup of mashed cauliflower. A great way to stretch calories.
