Healthy Sunshine Smoothie- Makes 3 - 8oz. drinks
I wanted to try Prickly Pear in a smoothie drink so I found some fruits that would complement the pear. This is a super food drink. Full of fibre, Calcium, Potassium and Magnesium.

| Breakfast One Egg Omelete with Kale I wanted to make an omelete with Kale and a few more vegetables. Take one egg and scramble. On the side in a dish use a tablespoon of Kale, chop two mushrooms, tablespoon of green pepper and red pepper. Use a tablespoon of olive oil to coat the pan. |
