The filling for sloppy joe's. This recipe makes about 12 1/4 cup servings.
Chicken Fajitas baked in the oven. Calories count for meat only. Tortillas & toppings not added in to calorie count.
Refried beans made in a slow cooker. Makes ten 1/2 cup servings.
Made in a crockpot, served over rice.
Breaded baked fish makes four ounce servings
Use about 6 chops equaling about 1 pound
Makes 16 2oz Servings
Serve on a bed of lettuce, topped with a little shredded cheese, salsa & crushed tortilla chips (I like to use doritos).
