Made in a rice cooker for ease. Could substitute shrimp with anything. Could make more healthy with 'low sodium' broth & soy sauce.
Chicken Fajitas baked in the oven. Calories count for meat only. Tortillas & toppings not added in to calorie count.
Serve on a bed of lettuce, topped with a little shredded cheese, salsa & crushed tortilla chips (I like to use doritos).
