Delicious twist on stir-fry. Can substitute Chicken for boneless pork or shrimp for a quick change up.
Delicious "salsa" for get togethers or snacking. Great on reduced fat graham crackers, cinnamon tortilla chips, or cinnamon snack stiks! (or ice cream! ;)
A delicious filling for the Low Fat crepes. (2 crepes with fruit = aprox 225 calories per serving. Depending on fruit used for topping). Crepe recipe found on Spark and tweeked to reduce calories.
I found this on the site but when I went to add it to my tracker it was no longer there! (Fortunately, I had printed it). Here it is, re-entered (however, the calorie count is different?!) Still very good and very filling!
