i made my own applesauce for this in my blender with the peel. I couldn't find it in the search so I used the next best thing, but I'm sure it would make a difference. I also sprinkle in some bran for added "kick" lol
you can use actual manicotti noodles, but i used them once, trying to show off and they were NOT very co-operative to being stuffed.. lol
