My attempt to reduce the starchy carbs in my beloved whole baked potatoes. Great earthy flavor.
Very filling and protien rich. 2 servings for a meal and 1 for an apitizer
Only 16 grams of carbs. The butter and cream cheese give it fluffiness, and yogurt gives a slight tanginess without overpowering the taste. Cumin compliments cauliflower very well.
