Sourdough is one of those tried and true recipes that have been around for ever. One small fact that I learned in my search for great sour dough is that IF you are bothered by white flour... which I am... the chemical reaction of creating sour dough develops and enzyme which destroys the nasty stuff that creates all that pain in my joints. I thought this was a bit strange, but it is so true! I never have a reaction when eating sourdough bread, pizza crust... anything sourdough based. I do not have celiac disease, that is another story all together, I just have an allergy to white flour!

nutritious snack rich in potassium, Vitamin A, and Manganese... feel free to change up the herbs to accomodate your taste. You can make a cinnamon and honey dip as well just remember to add the calories and sugar to your food log.
Grilled Vegetables with fresh Goat Cheese, in a multi grain roll that has been hollowed out, with a fresh spinach and garlic pesto... toasted in the oven for that added something special. So incredibly delicious!
Incredibly light, crunchy, and orangy sweet slaw. At first glance I thought this might not taste good, but was I ever fooled. Delicious.
I was making the potatoes and cooking some kale when I decided to combine the two... this came out really good!
I love stuffed mushrooms but the butter laden bread crumb stuffings just do not agree with my stomach. So, I decided to experiment and came up with this almost totally vegetable stuffed, stuffed mushroom recipe. Everyone in my family loves them, I never told them there was only 1/2 cup of bread crumbs... actually it us usually only a handfull of breadcrumbs that I use. I load the pan with the celery, onions and mushroom stems. I have been known to add extra finely chopped mushrooms to the mixture too! These are really very good!
Healthy Green Drink for any meal replacement... usually drink this for breakfast.
