Have some fun with this one and feel free to toss your favorite veggies in. This is a very colorful meal and gives you loads of good stuff. This is a meal I prepare before I run 5k/10k events.
This is a delicious, very addictive and quite lean recipe i enjoy having that really gets you alot of nutrients!
If you want to make this recipe even leaner then you should change to a wheat pasta, and leave out the butter.
This recipe is something i do when i have left over veggies so this is to the best of my guessing on actual amounts.
