Vegan Please
I am going to be going vegan for a while...I have IBS and need to get it under control...I am going to try vegan until the summer {July}...Then introduce fish,,, tuna,,, salmon etc...Only want to eat fish..And maybe a bit of sea food...Thanks Sheila
