I like to use a metal basket with holes to cook these directly on the BBQ. On weeknights, I use a bottled creamed or pureed garlic for this recipe and reallemon lemon juice - makes prep time really quick.

Tender chicken in a mushroom gravy. Great with brown rice, quinoa or mashed potatoes.
I like this recipe because the serving size is bigger (more satisfying) than your standard 1/2 cup diet pudding but the calorie count is not a lot higher. Your dessert dishes will need to hold a cup of liquid. I like to use a footed glass dessert dish for this one.
