I'm always trying to get more fiber and calcium in my diet and this is a little treat that I sometimes have for breakfast. Quick to put together and nice on hot days.
Tender chicken in a mushroom gravy. Great with brown rice, quinoa or mashed potatoes.
I like this recipe because the serving size is bigger (more satisfying) than your standard 1/2 cup diet pudding but the calorie count is not a lot higher. Your dessert dishes will need to hold a cup of liquid. I like to use a footed glass dessert dish for this one.
A yummy chicken recipe that has a ton of flavour without needing hours of marinating time. Simple, easy to make summer recipe that cooks very quickly.
