Again, still scanning for delicious recipes I approve for myself. I try to aim for low calorie, fat, carbohydrate, and sugar with high protein.

I am personally very picky about what I eat. How many calories, grams of fat, grams of carbs, and grams of sugar are all things I watch like a hawk, but it is possible to still eat delicious food if you are willing to put the effort to search and cook!(: Totally worth it!

These are all recipes I will try to tweek so that I can reduce fat, calories, carbs, sugar, and sodium. These are all experiments that I have yet to try, but once I make them more approved for my personal rules, I will leave comments as far as what I have done(:
Eating most of my carbohydrates at the beginning of the day is what I try for, and making as many of those carbs as complex as possible is a goal for every breakfast of mine. Again still following the low fat, calorie, carb and sugar.
