A gluten free tabbouleh made using high protein seed amaranth in place of wheat.
Made in the slow-cooker from leftover guinea fowl plus venison shoulder and a selection of fresh vegetables. You could substitute beef or chicken. I used what vegetables I had in the fridge that needed used up, but just about any could be substituted or omitted.

I threw this stuffing together to go inside a chicken before roasting. I used finely diced leek and carrot, but any vegetable could be substituted. Suitable for someone following a gluten-free or protein type metabolic typing diet.
A "fried rice" made using quinoa in place of rice. Vegetables are what I had in the fridge, substitute any.
