Ok, so it uses a commercial sauce and spice base, and the sodium level isn't exactly low, but this is a great recipe for when you want something simple and quick which will look and taste great. It's even better when served with the side dish suggested under 'Tips', which I adapted from one of Jamie Oliver's 15 minute meal side dishes.

Super easy Italian bean, tomato and veggie soup.

Makes a thick, richly flavoured soup, which takes very little time to prepare.I generally allow five hours of very slow simmering before serving to enable the flavour of the soup to develop fully.

Throw together veggie-bean soup.

Vegetarian, and a 'clean out the fridge day' recipe, which can be varied according to what you have in your crisper. The soup mix can be changed to any kind of pulse at all, again dependent on what you have on hand.
