You need The Ultimate Uncheese Book to make this casserole- The flour and Nutritional Yeast, as well as the soy milk and Olive Oil are ingredients to make a "cheese" sauce in it--you mix dry in a saucepan (add paprika, garlic pwder, and onion powder and a tsp of mustard) Whisk in oil and milk, then cook, stirring, until desired thickjness, then set aside.
A Vegan take on one of my mom's old salads...really good in summer...only really need the cukes & dressing, but the additions are tasty!!
My 7 yr. old son said it succinctly, "This is the best of both meals!!"
Use FIRM tofu, not xtra firm!!
