This is like an omelette...it is delicious as appears in this recipe or with spinach & parmesan in place of the fruit/chia seeds. I seriously eat this every morning! If you want to use all whites, you can, but the yolk has a lot of nutrients to boost your morning.
Easy way to get full and a ton of calcium!
Roasted cauliflower with herbs and a lot of garlic. If you're feeling awesome, you can use butter instead of olive oil.
This could really be a dessert, but I had it as a side dish.
Stir fried chicken and veggies with kabocha squash.

I was sick of lettuce & made this salad for lunch instead. It's high in fat because of the avocado; you could add less if you want.
This is a slightly modified version of a Trader Joes prepackaged salad. This serves about one. This would also be great with a little low-fat mozzarella or Parmesan; or a little diced cooked chicken breast to make a meal salad.
