This is a favorite of our family, because my 2 year old will eat it. She doesn't prefer a lot of spice, thus the very mild heat. It is possible to amp up the heat, by doubling or tripling the crushed pepper, according to your preference.

This five cheese sauce was adapted to fit our need of a low fat option for a creamy cheese sauce. It works great for my hypoglycemic husband! It is flavorful and rich, without being heavy on the stomach.

These are amazing for breakfast! The honey is a wonderful natural sweetner that doesn't cause my husband's blood sugar to go sky high. Plain, these are filling and have a slightly sweet flavor.
