This is an easy (and huge) batch of crispy buckeye candies. Don't skimp on the Rice Krispies - they help to stretch the recipe, thus reducing the calorie burden.
This recipe is VERY easy, really tasty, and a healthy way to hand your sweet tooth and your chocolate craving. Every time I make it, someone asks me for the recipe. This recipe is tweaked from one provided on the SkinnyTaste blog - I recommend checking out all of Gina's recipes. I made enough changes to it that I felt I could / should share it here.
