This salad has a great texture and flavor and provides the main carb course to a meal. Mix it up and let it sit to co-mingle the flavors. Add a new taste to your winter meal.
Refreshing and easy. Just cut fruit into bite sized pieces.
Comfort food. Boil the first 7 ingredients for 3 minutes and then cool. Add flour, soda and baking powder. Bake at 350 degrees until done - 20 minutes for 13 muffins or 40 -45 minutes in an 8x8 inch pan.
