The original recipe called for 4 cans of beans. I wanted mine to be a little lighter and just thicken the broth a little. Enjoy!

This is a great starter recipe for vegetarian chili or taco filling. For chili I usually add a can or corn and some diced pepper as well.
Pair with your favorite taco toppings : cheese, sour cream, peppers, olives, shredded lettuce, cucumbers, and tomatoes.
