This is surprisingly good (don't be scared of the spinach) and it doesn't involve any juice or yogurt, both of which can up the sugar/carb content of smoothies. It is an incredibly powerful way to start the day and recover from a workout.
Delicious, low calorie, low carb, highly flavorful dish. Very light yet satisfying. I just came up with this on my own, initially using it as a way to season store bought ravioli. I like the combination of flavors and used it with the fish for a lighter meal. The boyfriend raves about this one. It's also relatively quick and easy.
