This is my variation of a recipe on here by Mariesansom. You can omit the beef stock if you wish, I just happened to have some open in my fridge. If you don't have beef stock, you can always use beef broth or bouillion. If you use the bouillion, cut down on the soy sauce or it will be too salty.
Use this hot and tangy sauce on top of baked chicken for a yummy buffalo flavor!
I found straight mashed cauliflower to be a little too thin and runny for me, so I added a few potatoes to thicken it up a little bit.
