Jenny's Veggie Pizza

Basic Veggie Pizza using Trader Joe's Pizza Crust, Cheese, and Sauce. It is a veggie free for all, I always make this at the end of the week to use up all the leftover veggies in my fridge.

Huevos rancheros are one of my favorite breakfast foods, laden with lots of fat and carbs. This is a loose (very loose) quick, lite, and hearty egg dish I got inspired to make by huevos rancheros.

Jenny's Turkey American Chop Suey

This is a great make ahead meal that reheats very well. Often I will double the recipe and eat it all week. This recipe makes 6 normal servings, or 4 heaping servings (577 calories) for days you are really hungry!

Jenny's Turkey Chili

This is a great hearty make ahead meal. I make a big pot and due chili and cornbread one night, then chili turkey dogs the next, then chili on spaghetti. This a great meal that you can eat all week.
