Well, Makhani apparently means butter. But this has no butter. It's very low cal and tasty though. Found this on recipezaar - recipe by Charishma Ramchandani. Wanted to share here because it's so healthy!
I asked my husband to make a meatloaf with some ground beef we had in the fridge. This was his awesome creation - best I've ever had. Times were for handformed meatloaf, not in a pan.
My roommate found some variation on this recipe and I got to thinking I could improve on it's healthfulness...I made it a strata instead of a pie so you don't have to make the nilla wafers into a crust (and add a lot of butter)

Found this recipe in a brownie cookbook - didn't expect the calories to be so low! Good alternative to banana bread when you keep some bananas around too long!
This is out of Better Homes and Gardens, I've made it so many times, it's really easy if you have a big bowl, make sure to give it time to chill. This is a favorite among my friends!
This reminds me of a Maryland Crab Soup, but much easier
