Weight Watchers Veggie Burger
Saute chopped veggies and garlic until soft in 1 tsp olive oil.
Mash beans, stir in egg beaters, cooled veggies, seasonings and bread crumbs. Shape into 4 patties and refrigerate for 20 minutes. In a nonstick skillet, heat 1 tsp olive oil and cook patties until brown.
