All natural and delicious. Can sub almond butter to make paleo. Makes about a dozen cookies, and only 16 carbs in 4 cookies!
Can also add cabbage- yum!
I make these with the left over whey from making farmer's cheese, but you can substitute buttermilk or sour milk.
These are not overly sweet, but they are a nice treat when you are dieting or avoiding sugar for health reasons. Great with a dollop of barely sweetened whipped cream.
Allowed dressing for HCG Diet- Great on Spinach and Strawberry chicken salad.
Made with regular mayo and light sour cream.
