Inspired by a lentil salad at Whole Foods Market

This is from the Engine 2 Diet - a plant-based diet. This is Rip's breakfast bowl recipe cut down to about half portion. This will keep you satisfied all morning!
This is a thick and rich, hearty soup. Almost a stew. Very flavorful and satisfying.
This is my conversion chart for weighing whole wheat berries for milling for flour.

Makes enough dough for at least four 1-lb loaves. The recipe is easily doubled or halved. I also use this dough to make focaccia and pizza crusts.
This sauce goes with my Homemade Whole Wheat Pizza Crust Recipe. It will cover approx 2-3 pizzas (depending on how much sauce you like on your pizza.
