Authentic Italian tomato sauce with onions, peppers and carrots from my ex-husband's Mommina (grandmother)
Homemade sauce from Mommina (Grandmother) combines with Aunt Betty's Lasagna recipe for the perfect lasagna. Used part skim mozz & ricotta, but this is still high in calories.

This is a delicious low fat, high protein dinner - very flavorful!
