This is a standard G&T, not lo-cal or anything, but definitely make it with diet tonic water if you want, and save a bunch of calories.
I prepare my pizza dough using a KitchenAid stand mixer, but the recipe can also be used in a bread machine if it has a 4 C flour capacity.
These are the exact quantities of flour and water for my dough to turn out perfectly each time and work out calorie-wise.
1 entire pizza dough is approximately 2100 calories and weighs 850 grams uncooked.
