This is a great recipe for pizza or focaccia. Makes two medium thick crusts. For a less chewy crust omit olive oil and increase water to 1 cup.

I learned this from a great friend and although it is hot, reducing the hot pepper, or even eliminating it, can make it palatable for those who don't like it hot.

When you just have to have something chocolatey and silky. The almonds add good calories.
