to-make-a-whole-meal dish. Yummy as a side dish or alone, and protein-tastic!
These started out as gingersnaps but due to the wheat flour and egg whites instead of whole eggs turned into little lite, fluffy poofs. A healthier, lo-cal recipe for a spicy cookie that satiates that sweet craving, AND it only makes a small batch so you aren't tempted to eat three dozen haha :)
A great alternative to oil fried!
