Adapted from an epicurious.com egg roll recipe (Bon Appetit Feb 1996). Healthy and tasty. Great with some dipping sauce.
Warm and satisfying on a chilly day, and it makes great leftovers! This is adapted from the Joy of Cooking. It's a great soup, the ginger adds a great kick! The biggest change I've made is the Bouillon. Use a brand that doesn't have salt if you're watching your sodium intake. Add a dash of salt if you need.
This is adapted from the Joy of Cooking frosting recipe. It is creamy and decadent, without being too bad for you! I used regular cream cheese, but you could also use a lower fat version to cut some calories.
This recipe is adapted from the Moosewood Cookbook version. A little healthier, but still yummy!
