A recipe that I have toyed with over the years and adapted into a wholesome versatile recipe. Made with pureed pumpkin or other hard shell squash in place of half of the oil.

I Love Paula Deen's The Lady's Chicken Noodle Soup, but couldn't take the calories of the whole chicken, egg noodles, cream, sherry and cheese! I created a very delicious comparable soup to hers by swapping out a few ingredients. Enjoy!
