One of my favorites, can be served in a wrap, with tortilla chips or over rice or quinoa.

Not low calorie, these are meant for before or after a workout. Very tasty and healthy
This makes a large batch of muffins. I usually freeze most of them and thaw in microvave as needed
One of my favorite sides, I also use this as a main dish for a quick easy high protein meal.
