start with Lebanese Toum & add sun-dried tomatos and jalapeno
Delicious, quick, easy, crowd pleaser. Serves 20. May be served hot or cold. Cut into 1" squares for appretizers.
Simple, low fat pudding
High fiber, high protein, low fat waffle. 1 serving = 1/2 waffle
I cook these on Saturday, and freeze them to eat through the week.
