Makes approx 1 cup.
Significantly reduces sodium, sugar and carbs.. adding a little bit more of a healthier fat.
This recipe is loaded with natural ingredients and offers great fiber and nutrients. It uses the "pulp" left from a juicer of 4-6 apples or I used the pulp from fruit and veggies I had just juiced - 2 apples 6 strawberries, 2 kiwis, 1 celery stalk, 3 broccoli spears, and 10 baby carrots.
It might be possible to down size the honey and oil and substitute apple juice and apple sauce. I have not tried this, but I will the next time I make them. I freeze them and pop one in the microwave for a quick breakfast. They are very tasty.

Use Kraft lite Miracle Whip to reduce calories even more!
