Nourishing vegetable broth to use in soups or drink by itself, or with tomato or V8 juice
You can hide almost anything in tomato sauce. Just give it a whirr with a stick blender before adding the pasta.
Similar to tabouleh, but we like this version much better
Oat flour does contain some gluten, so to make these totally gluten free, you might want to substitute another gluten free flour. I particularly like corn masa, the flour used for corn tortillas. Or try corn meal, tapioca flour, or millet flour.
The good thing about tofu is that is absorbs the flavors of the other ingredients.

I like to buy a whole chicken and simmer til it's very tender, then freeze 1/2 the resulting broth for another dish, save the breast meat for chicken salad, and use the rest of the meat for this soup.

This is a smoky chili full of vegetable to serve over rice. You can find canned chipotles in adobo sauce in the Mexican foods section of your grocery. These are smoked jalapenos and very hot!
