A wonderful easy dessert that only takes a few minutes to whip together and then bake.
Because cabbage is a tradition in the south, I cook this only on New Years Day. But you can cook this any time of year and tweak to suit your dietary needs.
Fruit smoothie good to get in 3 servings of fruit and some extra protein to start your day, can use soy milk instead of fat free if desired and can leave out the protein poweder.
