It doesn't sound like much from the title, but this soup is delicious, healthy and filling. You can tweak the butter and cream to further reduce calories and/or fat content. Also, try adding different spice combos.

Sweet potatoes are so good for you and this is a yummy savory recipe. You could really experiment with other seasonings (seasoned salt, garlic powder, onion powder, etc.)
