Made with whole wheat veggie pasta and topped with sugar-free (and low fat) Raspberry Vinaigrette
This shake has 6.3 grams of dietary fiber but only 5.6 grams of fat and 15 grams of sugar - it's a good "on the go" breakfast!
easy, balanced snack/side dish - I made this one up when I had leftover broccoli, a package of biscuits and wanted a side dish to go with my burger for dinner. It was very tastey!
This is a dish my mother used to make - I'm not sure where it came from originally, it tasted better when she made it... I did cut down on the oil a bit.
From microwave cookbook - leave out the cheese and use as a simple white sauce
Large portabella cap stuffed with sauteed veggies and topped with cheddar cheese - a meal in itself!
