This spread is great on a toasted bun topped with cooked chicken. But I think it would great with anything. It is high in mono-unsaturated fatty acids which is great. So healthy and good for you.

VERY Filling! Can serve with Mashed Potatoes and use sauce as a gravy for potatoes.

About 8 medium red potatoes (peeled - but you don't have to) diced
1 packet Good Seasons dry italian dressing mix (any flavor is good)
3/4 cup 2% milk
3 tablespoons salted butter
salt and pepper to taste (optional)
This is very tasty and easy to prepare. My family loves it! Hope your's does too!
Ok - so this is high in sodium i know - i am working on figuring that one out. Going to look for a low sodium soy sauce.
This is a Low-Carb Dieters Haven! And Yummy too! (If you don't mind adding a few carbs this is wonderful on French or sour dough bread as a sandwich - those calories are not included in this nutritional count)
