The picture is taken from the internet. I didn't have my camera on me when I made this. I picked a picture that looks almost exactly like mine does when it is done.
Spice up your daily smoothie. This is 400 calories but it is a complete meal replacement that is filling.
These are big servings as a meal you can cut the calories if you take the servings down and serve with a sandwitch or bread.

This is a recipe my mom always made I read a bunch of recipes added my own seasoning and some additional ingreadents. This is also enough for a single course meal espically if you are trying to loose weight but its also good paired with a salad. Hope you like it.
