Multigrain Waffles (100% Whole Grain)

These waffles are full of good stuff: whole grains, healthy fats from flax and almonds, protein and a healthy dose of iron. They're not too sweet and great with a drizzle of maple syrup and fruit, soy yogurt, apple sauce or whatever else you'd like. See notes at end of recipe instructions!
