These are SmittenKitchen's raspberry scones
These are a bit of a splurge (but can be made lower in fat by using milk for the heavy cream and by omitting the chocolate chips and the nuts) but they're very very tasty. These aren't the super sweet type of scone you'll get in Starbucks; they're more like traditional English scones.
This is tasty, quick meal which can be put together either with pre-cooked ingredients or with stock and chicken you've cooked yourself. This can be made with other vegetables, different meat, all vegetarian or with rice instead of the pasta.
I use Dutch Crunch rolls from the grocery store to make this.
