An Indian lentil dish that is served on white basmati rice.

Banana Walnut Cakemix Muffins

This is a super easy way to use up the last few bananas which noone want to eat "cause they're too soft".
These muffins are delicious and lowfat. To make them even more low fat just omit the walnuts but remember nuts are a source of healthy fats(brainfood).

These are nice appetizers in the shape of a halfmoon. They're crispy outside with a creamy chicken filling.
It takes a while to make the whole batch but they last a long time as they are frozen and you only bake as many as are needed.

Rasmalai

Indian dessert usually made of cheese dumplings in a cream based sauce. This is a low fat version but tastes great. You can us Splenda instead of the sugar to make it low carb.
