I didn't ime these on the baking time.
This is a homemade version of the progresso light soup. It has more calories per cup but one fourth the sodium.
I baked the pumpkin in advance, you may use canned pumpkin. I don't know if it will change the calories. The crust isn't tightly packed because I wanted to use as little butter as possable. You can leave out the canola oil if you like, I only use it for the healthy fats.
